J Visa Information from Paris Consulate

As of 03 December 2001, the reciprocal visa issuance fee for French citizens receiving J-1 (exchange visitor) visas is zero. J-2 visas for French citizen spouses and children of exchange visitors are also free. Applicants for all visas must still pay the visa application fee (360 FF/$45/€54).
