Spousal Work Authorization Awaits President's Signature

Just before adjourning, HR 2277 and HR 2278 (that provide work authorization to spouses of E and L visa holders respectively) was sent to the President for his signature. The President has not yet signed these bills. We expect him to do so shortly.
