Is there a minimum age for applicants for registration under the DV-2004 program?

There is NO minimum age for submission of an application for registration. However, the principal applicant must have a high school education (or the equivalent) or two years work experience within the last five years in an occupation that requires at least two years of training or experience to perform. Thus, most persons who are under age 18 are effectively disqualified.
