How many applications can you file?

Each person must submit only one application. Individuals submitting more than one application will be disqualified automatically. However, a husband and wife may each submit separate applications, for a total of two family applications. If either the husband or the wife wins the Lottery, the other spouse will be entitled to derivative status automatically. Likewise, your selection can include your unmarried children under the age of 21.

The application must be personally signed by each applicant. Applicants may be disqualified at time of registration or at the time of the visa interview if more than one entry is detected.
