"We wanted to drop you a note and let you know that over the past week or two, we have been having some problems with the Premium processing phone system. It appears that due to some computer problems, some individuals who have filed for
Premium Processing over the past two weeks have not been able to get access to the automated system or a live body answering the phone. It appears that the phone system has been telling the callers that their receipt number is not recognized as a premium processing case.
The good news is that we have identified the problem and hopefully have fixed the problem.....In the meantime, our e-mail is still working so the petitioners and representatives can get through to us by e-mail."
