Boston DOL Rescinds RIR Guidelines

The recent specific guidelines published regarding changes in Reduction in Recruitment guidance for DOL Region 1 Boston, scheduled to take effect December 1, have been rescinded. Attorneys and employers are advised to place as many ads as they think appropriate to reflect the change in the economy. Region 1 Boston DOL will not designate the specific number of ads and internet postings required.
