Upcoming Deadlines

The deadline for re-registration for TPS for persons from Sudan, Sierra Leone, and Burundi is November 29, and the TPS re-registration deadline for Somalia is December 3. Also, the automatic extension of work authorization for TPS applicants from Honduras and Nicaragua expires on December 5. As of that date, INS indicates that those individuals must have the actual EAD to be considered authorized for employment.
